This series consists of photographs of trees made during my travels through Japan. I photograph trees as individual presences within the landscape, focusing on their form, character and relationship to their surroundings.

The work reflects my interest in the quiet and attention

木々の気配 /KIGI NO KEHAI​​​

このシリーズは、日本各地を旅する中で撮影した木々の写真で構成されています。風景の中に存在する一本一本の木と向き合い、その姿や個性、周囲の環境との関係を見つめています。木々のそばにいるときに感じる静けさと、自然と向き合うことで生まれる意識のあり方への関心を表現した作品です。
